4 years back my hairs was veryy thick But as time passes my hairs started becoming thinner and now 3 months back i was suffering from chronic dengue and now after 3 months i am experiencing a lottt hairfall.. Telogen effluvium is the condition the doctor said... He provided me some medicines but though my hairfall hasnt stopped If it is gentics then in my family there is no one suffered fron such hair loss .. so what actual reason is there for my hair loss and hair thinning frm last 4 years even my growth has been stopped since last 4 years

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
