Suffering from gas problem, gastritis
I am suffering from gas problem gastritis n burning in stomach, belching with smell in loud noise n farting also all time in mid of anyone . I am under medication of homeopathic doctor but still not get cuted from gas out from inside with smell feeling very ashamed .. not able to eat anything because irritation in stomach n burning also occur .. i am also following very good life style walking yoga in morning with light meal ... If any one think they can help me pls provide no or suggestion to me ... I m very grateful to u .

If the gastritis is of Long duration ,you need to see if there's any h pylori infection.You could do either urease breathing test or stool analysis for h pylori antigen.If tests positive ,it should be treated.
Tablet combination of pantoprazol 40 mg domperidone 30 mg once daily for few weeks could be tried.Additionally you can use Himalaya gasex tablets and probiotics as well.

Please avoid salty and spicy food, decrease your carbohydrates intake. Especially dinner should be light. Drink plenty of water preferably warm water. Follow this for two to three days and let us know your results.
