Hello there. I can understand your concern. Take a syp. Paracetamol 250 and give him 5 ml thrice a day after food. A-z drops are multivitamin syrup you can give that as well. As of now, paracetamol is enough for the fever. If it still persists, then consult a paediatrician in person for further management. Make him drink lots of water. Give him a soft diet. Best regards.
