Document and monitor temperature with digital thermometer which easily available in medical shops. If Temperature more than 100 F (axillary/ under arm area) give CROCIN Drops(1 ml= 100 mg) 0.6 ml for weight 4-5 kgs. You can give every 6 hourly . In babies..fever may be sign of Sepsis( infection in the blood) so it's better to show local Pediatrician.
