Hello This might be due to allergy 1. Avoid rubbing eyes 2. Cold compresses 3. Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel thrice daily 4. Use antiallergic eyedrop like olopat twice daily 5. Use mild steroid like flurisone in pulse dose Having said that it would be better if you send me her medical records
