Suffering from ear pain from three days may i know what medicine i need to reduce the pain in the ears

You might be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops. For time being you can use candibiotic ear drops three drops three times daily
