Make sure nasal block is not there . Be minimalistic on cough syrup as all causes sleep. Rx 1.syp tusqDx 2.5 ml thrice a days for 5 days
Next Steps
nebulize with saline 2 ml thrice a day and levolin 0.31 mg twice a day
