Should atleast do 7 days course of antibiotics. Take norflox-tz twice + ors If still diarrhea persistent kindly go for IV fluids with antibiotics.

Take Tab Norflox TZ, twice a day for 5days. Dehydration can cause weakness, take ORS solution and plenty of fluids.

Is there mucus or blood in your stool? Are you having stomach cramps? Is the stool of normal color or rice watery? Consult with proper history for better management.
