Hi take Tablet Sinarest one tablet after food morning and evening. Take lots of fluids like water and juice without ice so that you stay hydrated. Tablet Sinarest will work for cold headache and fever too. If symptoms doesn't subside I can add other medication and also there might b need for some blood tests.
