I am a patient of sinus everyday i sneeze and coughing when temperature changes. what to do to prevent i have did twice a course of antibiotics but its not gave me result last long. Please advice what to do now?

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis..take anti-allergic tablet for few days.. steam inhalation.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
