Want to lose weight thru exercise.I'm having problem with l1 s5of slip disc.I continued dieting for 4 months but no weight reduction. So can I go for ZUMBA or aerobics for weight loss.please suggest some activity for weight loss
See dear first need to know ur recent wt, den show to some dietician and do brisk walking for 45 mints twice a day.
