Suferring frm mouth ulser
Last one year inwards , my wife suffering from mouth Ulser and done various taste but no result..consulted with 2-3 doctors too. But , no improvement
Ulcers are present on lips or inside the mouth?
Anyways,
1. Use Kenacort oral gel and apply on ulcers thrice daily for 14days.
2.Use Rexidin M Forte gel and apply twice daily for 14 days.
Don't apply them at the same time, apply rexidin m forte after breakfast and before going to sleep at night. Apply Kenacort 2hr after breakfast, and around 3pm in the afternoon and 8pm in night.
3. Tetracycline Tab 250mg, dilute 1 tab in 160ml of water and rinse mouth with it 4 times daily for 14days. Do this before applying the gels.
4. Take Vitamin B complex tablet 4 times daily and Vit C 500mg tablet 4 times daily for 14 days.
5. Use Hexidine Ep mouthwash twice daily (in morning and at night for 1 month.)
Next Steps
Continue taking Vitamin tablets like Supradyn.
Health Tips
Check blood glucose and IgE levels of the patient.
If allergic reactions occur with kenacort gel, use only rexidin m forte 4 times daily, usually no reactions happen.
