Yesterday just after I left my office, I started sweating. Started feeling hungry and weak. I bought some peanuts but had difficulty to swallow it. I was feeling very tiered also. Somehow I drove 1 km but because not feeling ok, stopped at shop and had mosambi juice. My weight is 68 kg and height is 5'4 I do swimming at least 3-4 days a week for last 2 months. My office is 45 km away and I drive to office. My normal office timing is 10:30 am to around 9:00 pm Want to understand what is the issue?
