Sudden small lump in right breast

Sudden appearnce of red rash like apperance on right breast. When pressed in this area small lump is found. Not irregular shape. Also one day later the redness has decreased and the lump size also has shrunk. Her blood report of cbc and esr are within normal range. She also did other tests like c reactive protein and serum calcium which is fine. Is this of any concern to worry?
