Sudden pressure in ear

From last 3-4 days i am feeling sudden pressure in ear all of sudden which is causing discomfort. Initially it was painless but today it is causing mild pain. Not able to understand what it is. It is the same feeling we get in aircraft and ear starts ringing. Google shows that it may be due to artery blockage, and it is giving me anxiety. I am already very anxious about heart problems.

Artery blockage is very rare at your age. There are more chances that this is just a pressure disturbance of a tube called Eustachian tube. Nothing to be anxious about. Just get your ear examined from an ENT doctor
