Sudden patchy hair loss

I observed a sudden patchy hair loss I cm in diameter. Have been using tugain 5 for two weeks for this, but no growth seen yet. Please advise what should I do to re-grow hair sooner.

For Alopecia areata, injections are better .If not possible now, there are few topical applications available which give results. Kindly go for online consultation to start it ,as if not treated early the patch has a tendency to increase in size also.
