Sudden Pain from forehead to jaw

My mother is suffering from a kind of pin which triggers when she is washing her face. It trigger above the eyebrow. In the past also, she had her 2 teeth removed on doctor recommendation.it was releived for sometimes. But it starts triggering again. What could be the possible problem and who to consult for the same?
