Sudden pain contd after teeth extraction

I noticed a swelling at hamular  region with slight redness around it , i feel palatal pain , sudden throbbing pain near ear , neck muscle pain same side and sometimes headache . Same slight swelling at other side around hamulus process . These all happened after my wisdom teeth extraction. I remember my mouth cause I had multiple infection episode last year . CT scan image attached

Pain canbe due to dry socket or sharp bony prominence.. use warm saline gargle. Alveoloplasty has to be done if needed.
