I would suggest that you consult a Neurologist for a detailed assessment of your problem as it could be due to some underlying issue that needs to be diagnosed.

1) Watch out for excess weight if you have. Obesity is one of the leading cause of nerve entrapment and numbness.
2) Make sure your sleep posture is not one of the reason for your nerve to be compressed for too long at night.
3) Take B-complex vitamins, one tablet a day, for a month atleast.
