Sometimes i am getting a sudden itching(starting with pin picking sensation all over the body then it will itch). Happened before many times when i go out to sunlight(but it had stopped in between). Now after working out at home, no sunlight, that happened again. Also, my arms/neck/chest area gets reddish sometimes and starts itching(usually with a single white bump appearing at that place). Also in my forehead there was some redness today. Please help me why it is happening. I was on shelcal xt before but even before that this was happening. Please help me and if required I'm ready to undergo test. Also sometimes i feel nauseous as well.
