Sudden hearing problems after urinary pr

My mother 76 year old had been having frequent urination problems with urinary continence issues which were affecting her quality of life so she was put on the overactive bladder medications on advice of Doctor.It has been a month now .Since last two days She is hearing very less from her left ear and almost nil from right ear even on phone.Also she complained of swelling on her right foot.What is causing these all ? I feel they are interrelated.Kindly advice tests or treatment plan for the same
