Sudden Hair Loss and Seeking advice

I'm 31 year old male who's been experiencing some concerning hair issues lately. Until March of this year, I had a full head of hair. However, over the past few months, I've noticed a significant thinning, to the point where my scalp has become visible. After getting a zero haircut, I was shocked to see that a large portion of the upper area of my head had undergone severe hair loss, leaving very little density. I decided to consult a doctor regarding this sudden change. Without conducting any tests, the doctor diagnosed me with Male Pattern Baldness (MPB). He prescribed two treatments: Minoxidil 5% solution and finasteride tablets. Now, it's been about a month since I started following this treatment plan, but I haven't observed any noticeable improvements yet. Dealing with hair loss has been quite distressing for me. My annual check up blood reports are normal.
