I have had a quarter sized lump under the skin on my outer upper arm for so many years i can't remember but i noticed today that it has gotten noticeably bigger. It has never bothered me. Was just always there and the same. Now related or unrelated i don't know but 3 days ago i noticed a small hard knot on the bottom inside of my finger that does hurt. Whether the2 are related or not i am concerned over the sudden growth of the one on my arm
