I'm facing excess hair loss issue suddenly for the past 20 days! 4 to 10 hairs comes out with hand even for while just putting my fingers into the scalp and while taking shower I can see 50 to 100 hairs! What is the issue? The hair strands fall out don't have any white substance at the end it only has a black bulb! I recently lost 10kg with intermittent fasting with one eating window! And I done 1 to 2 hours of workout at gym! I lost all the density of the hair! Local doc gave me ME3, Finalo, H forte and Minoxidil 5% using it for 20 days but cant see at least 1% difference! They says it's take 3 month! But till that I'll lose all my hair! What to do immediately stop the hair fall! It's worsening day by day! People start noticing my hair fall and they can see the blade head! Help me!
