Sudden dizzy ness when I get up or move
I went on 9 hour long drive on 1st Sep . After coming home done some heavy cleaning . Again on today morning also done intensive cleaning in home . I cooked by bending due to some ritual . I'm feeling dizzy from evening . It got worse at night after sitting and speaking getting out from sofa made me feel very very dizzy . I took a shower thinking it makes btr but not . I felt sleepy as tired but could not sleep so raising query here
