Sudden appearance of Mole on penis

I think i got this mole overnight on the penis it looks like just a normal mole but it appeard overnight so i am little worried about it. I am attaching pictures of it here. So please tell me should i be worried about it or its just a normal mole.

If this isnt bothering u u can leave it. But if the growth has been sporadic and its increasing in size u can get it examined by a Dermatologist and it can b removed by Electrocautery. Consult a Dermatologist to prevent further aggravation of the lesion.
