hi subserousfibroid petsay does not affect fertilitu. but the size of the fibroid is a concern.in pregnancy it can increase in size and undergo red dehenetation whi h is handled medically. take on removal before pregnancy is yours should not affect future fertilty.in same sitting can assess your tubes as well.but if we were to reduce it by medicines it is temporary and at the same time fertility can not be maintained so will a t counterpurpose.
