Subserosol fibroids

2016-12-19 14:34:10
I have been diagnosed with uterine subserosol fibroids in September'16. Ultra sound scan shows large heteroechoic abdomino-pelvic mass lesions measuring 10.1 * 12.5 * 12.8 (AP * TR * CC) with slow flow within. Ovaries are compressed and uterus is anteverted. I was also told that surgical process works temporarily. Once surgically removed it may reappear. Plz help get rid of these fibroids and also stop reappearing it. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hello.... I understand your problem, I think you should know that fibroid in uterus results in irregular menstrual period. Sometimes Accompanied by pain....Sometimes it may be non symptomatic..... Medical management often targets hormones which are responsible for its growth and focus on pain management.... But most of the times the recurrence of the condition is common... So surgery is a best option which can help to avoid having repeated problem and provide solution once for all..... So kindly consult a nearest gynecologist for further queries....

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You have to consult a gynaecologist and get it removed surgically.  Relapse is very unlikely. I don't know whom you have consulted. Also, don't think about relapse now. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
