My mother got covid & cured but it affected her lungs.i provided the ct scan report.i didnt understand the terminology.please explain me the condition of my lungs if it is serious,if needs any treatment or surgery

Hi noted above history and reports. As a post covid recovery and viral pneumonia has lungs which got inflamed. Regarding report past films and history are important which are missing ?
