I have subclinical hypothyroidism tsh was 6.2 ,6 months ago now it is 3.i am taking 50mcg levothyroxine my antibodies are negative. Should I take this medication lifelong?or can I slowly stop the medication? I am 19 years old female

Not sure why started. But can reduce and monitor if any symptoms.
