Subchorionic hemorrhage

Hi, my wife is 5 weeks pregnant through IVF after a long struggle. She was on Gestone 50mg/day injection. She suddenly experienced bright red bleeding last week(8-Apr). We contacted our Dr. She increased Gestone to 100mg/day. In our recent scan (on 13-Apr) she was diagnosed with Subchorionic hemorrhage (3.3x1.3 cm). This is larger than the size of the Gestation sac (2.4cm) and we are so much worried. Dr said there is nothing more that can be done about it as my wife is already on Gestone 100mg/day. Is this serious and will it cause any complications? How to cure this hemorrhage? Should any other supportive medicine be taken? Please guide us 🙏. We are seriously worried.

I am surprised when you over-ride the opinion of a Doctor to whom you have paid lacs of rupees for IVF. Please always remember that by hunting for a second opinion here and there you absolve that Doctor of all the responsibility to whom you have given lacs of rupees for IVF. I can't even think that you are doing it for publicity because your identity is not disclosed to the forum. Please learn to develop trust in your doctor.
