I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant . I got my internal ultrasound done . There appeared to be only the gestational sac ( msd 0.69cms < 5 weeks)and yolk sac seen but no fetal pole. And also appears subchorionic hematoma noted m/s 1.6 *1.5 *0.9 cms (2.0cc). Hcg level is 5980 but I rarely have any nausea or other pregnancy symptoms.i have only mild pain in abdomen .i am worried as my doctor tells me that it’s a 50 / 50 chance for me to.
