Hello Most common cause for recurrent stye is poor lid hygiene Try. A.  Warm compresses B.  Lid scrub with baby shampoo C.  Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins D.  Treat scalp dandruff if present

It seems to be a hygiene problem. Please improve your hygiene. Do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub zyaqua cleanser twice daily on lids
