Hi, what you have shared seem to indicate social anxiety which manifests as anxiety, fearfulness, tension including some physical symptoms like stammering, palpitations etc and are usually confined to certain situations. Relaxation, yoga, cognitive behavior therapy are helpful in these circumstances and medicine only for severe cases.
