Stuffy nose for a month

My kid has been having a stuffy nose and coughs which seems like it's caused due to the nasal congestion when he is asleep. Coughs are occasional and when sleeping at night at times. Nasal congestion has been there for a while though.

Looks like viral or allergic rhinitis. You can give syp alerid 2.5 ml once a day for 3 days. Give steam inhalation three times a day
