The comments suggest of osteoarthritis. Depending on the amount of joint space reduction it could be classified as early or late. Also it depends on your symptoms like pain on walking or staircase climbing.
Next Steps
Visit an orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist for further evaluation. Depending on the evaluation you would be advised about exercises if it is mild to moderate pain or surgery if there is severe pain.
Health Tips
Avoid crossed leg sitting and full squatting . If there is lot of pain then apply ice for 15 minutes.
