Stubborn obesity

I have been a fat kid since 4 or 5 years old. I never lost any weight or fat no matter what I do. I have done exercises, medicines, extreme fasting and all the home remedies mentioned on the planet earth. I don't have a thyroid and my liver and kidneys all are in good health. But this obesity is killing my career and life both.
