Strong pain around pelvis area.

Cramping past few months . Crippling pains that feel like internal tearing around personal area. Late periods that give me a fever. Back pain like I'm being compressed. Nauseated. I can't have sex because it hurts. I'm having sharp pains off to the side of my belly button near my hips. I think it might have to do with my uterus. I'm only 18.
