What's will happen if storke patient infected by corona is there chance to recover or not ? Age is 62 and one year before got stroke attack and left hand paralyzed

There are neurological effects too from Covid but variable. It may delay overall improvement of patients or increase generalised weakness. Keep good diet with more veggies and fruits in diet. Thanks
