This feeling could be due to loss of micronutrients..and salts from the body and not replaced properly..
The loss could be due to excessive sweating..or you metabolism is a bit high.
I suggest you to have ors and tender coconut water whenever possible...
Have warm shower before going to bed..
U can opt for swimming to improve your muscle relaxation and activity..
