Stretching and arching back too much

My son is 27 days old and i see every time he wakes up from sleep he cries with stretching his body also sometime after feed he just puts his leg near tummy, he poop everyday once or twice and urinate frequently. Wakes up every 2 hour for breastfeeding. Not giving him any formula milk. Is there any concern for his excessive stretch with cry ? He hardly burp after feed but farts many time a day.

the recurrent stretching / curving of the body again and again as well as uncomfort / making grunting sounds as well as hiccups as well as colic pain all are due to gas in the intestine and stomach. it is very important that after giving milk to the child you should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 minutes(irrespective that you hear the burps or not). gas in stomach causes hiccups. do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because one time burping will not remove all the gas and if the gas is not removed properly it goes into intestine causing abnormal distension and that sawill lead to colic pain again and again. keep the child in upright position whether you hear the burping sound or not and also it is not important that you will hear the sound when the child removes the air from the oral cavity.
