Stretched marks on thighs

Sir I have some wrinkle marks on inner side of both the thighs. It's not painful but sometime itching occurs and colour of the wrinkle change into blue or white.Snap also attached for ur reference.These marks are very different from streched marks.Both side marks very similar.There is none any these type of marks on my body. Please guide or provide solution.
