I want to know why I suffer from headache on daily basis? I cannot walk-in sunlight for long time like 1-2hours. If I don't get food on time,I get mad. Please help me

Hi, this sounds like migraine. Kindly meet your doctor and ask for treatment- both acute and prophylaxis. Meanwhile maintain a log book of what triggers these headaches and avoidance if these triggers is the best remedy.
