Stress due to in laws and husband

I have just conceived through IVF after a lot of difficulty. There have been some factors earlier and even later due to which there has been stress in between me and my in laws, which in due course had affected my equation with my spouse as he is very dedicated towards his family and refuses to see or accept their mistakes. But I had managed to keep these things at bay and started my journey towards getting pregnant which finally happened after a lot of difficulty. I did everything after this to avoid any kind of stress between me and my husband, but still somehow certain things happened and which has resulted in a lot of stress during the past 5 to 6 days . I don't know what to do ... please help 🙏

It is not easy that you have come this far and please take time and appreciate your efforts, pains that you have gone through. One of the best things for you to start dealing with is "self love " , care about yourself, and feel proud about yourself.  Get help from professionals and start doing mindfulness activities.
