I am taking antidepressants and antiepilptic drugs due to my problems.bt my problems are not improving.i want to take ayurvedic medicine like medavati by Divya pharmacy but even though there is no known side effects,but I feel a lot of bloating when I take it.how to get rid of this??? every day I am facing nausea symptoms and I am totally loss my appettite .
