Doctor today on 8th March 2022 a street Cat scratch my sister with Nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so how many dose of Anti Rabies vaccine she need to take ? Previously she took her Last 4th ( Day 28) anti rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal ?

Hello, she has completed her vaccination just last month right? What age is she? Hope you have cleaned her would with disinfectant liquid n water?
Next Steps
If T T wasn't taken last time, then do so now. She doesn't need any dose of ARV now.

You need to take booster dose of Anti rabies along with local infiltration of injection Rabishield according to weight as per latest guidelines

Don't need to take Anti rabies vaccine. Take TT injection if not taken Last time If take then no need to take. Wash the wound with soap and water.
