Hi Doctor, I have done with my monthly cycle after taking contraceptive pill and also experience my monthly cycle before my date but now from 3-4 days i am experiencing pain in my lower back in intervals and also noticed that color of urine changes to dark yello Can you please let me know the cause for this

According to your symptoms you are having Urinary tract infection.Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of urine.With reports contact to me through practo and mean while start plenty of water and alkacitral syrup.
