First you relax,avoid stress and tensions,drink plenty of fluids,check your oxygen level using a pulse oxymeter.. if anything above 95% it is normal. Try to do minimal breathing excercise.. inhale and exhale slowly try to hold breath for 10 seconds.. if you can do all these it's fine . Still feeling discomfort consult a physician nearby for further investigation and treatment
