I have been doing kegal exercise i can stop ejaculation i mean i can stop my sparms from coming out.and its a great thing. after stopping 2nd time my penis does not come down for 30 mins at least with out ejaculation. this does not happens when i jerk out the sperms 2 times. i feel great by the way. but i am confused.. if i stop sperms from coming out ..where they go ? is this process bad for health ?
