Yes medicines to be modified before teeth extraction. 1. Stop ecosprin AV for 4 days..before dental extraction. 2. Mind you , ecosprin AV has two medicines , therefore, Start ATORVASTATIN 10 mg in place of ecosprin AV. 3. Restart your ecosprin AV after 24 hours of procedure after clearance from your dentist.
